About the event
For our first illustrated talk of 2024, FoSMAG welcomes Tom Watson to tell the story of the enduring cults of English saints, with emphasis on the teenaged saint, Edward the Martyr, murdered at Corfe in 978.
Tom Watson is Emeritus Professor in the Faculty of Media and Communication at Bournemouth University. For the past two decades he's been researching cults of Anglo-Saxon saints.
